Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Management (IQES)

As a Company committed to excellence, we have an established and systematic approach to manage safety, risk, quality and environmental parameters, governed by our Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Management (IQES) System.

Our IQES Manual explains management responsibilities and authorities, systems for offices and projects, our systematic approach to work practices, procedures and ongoing workplace consultation. The Manual forms the cornerstone of our procedures and continuous improvement processes.

Our systems enable the identification, assessment and control of risk and hazards associated with all of our organisational and project activities. We implement control measures based on a hierarchy of risk control. This ensures that all potential business risk and hazardous events are identified and eliminated, or reduced to a level as low as reasonably practicable.

We remain an externally accredited ISO 9001 quality assured Company.
