The development program at Enerflex AustralAsia has been designed by Graduates, Project Engineers and Management to identify the core skills required from our engineers to become highly successful and valued members of the Enerflex team. The Enerflex AustralAsia Development Program provides Engineers with training in the following areas:

These areas are then subdivided, forming a development matrix, to identify the specific core competencies required that new engineers will become exposed to in the first few years of their time with Enerflex.
