At the heart of our success are the relationships that we have built up with our employees and contractors. We currently employ over 500 highly skilled and motivated individuals as part of our core team.

For a relatively young organisation, our successs are a reflection of the strategic efforts and foresight of our cohesive and experienced management teams and professional staff. Approximately 35% of our staff have tenures of over 5 years with the Group, with key management personnel having tenures of between 5 to 19 years.

Our professional engineers are trained in diverse disciplines, with extensive experience in Oil & Gas construction contracting and engineering and Environmental solutions.

We have a team of exceptional people with a history of exceptional performance.

To maintain the best in client service, we provide continued professional development to our employees, including courses in:

• Ongoing safety topic reviews;
• Project management; 
• Management Skills incorporating leadership and communication skills; 
• Induction systems training for new starters to the business; 
• First Aid Certificates and refreshers.

Regular safety training, toolbox meetings, business unit briefings and close Partnership/Alliance relationships ensure that all of our employees are aware of their responsibilities and that open two-way communication is part of our culture.
